My Favorite Snowman in the Whole Wide World!

Yeah well… you have to know I don’t see snow often and when I spotted this fiberoptic fellow at the dollar store a couple of years ago, I just knew he had to come home with me. I was very happy to see him come out of his box this week and in turn I’m fairly certain he was happy to see me again too. Just look at that cute grin! :)

Well, I don’t do trees any longer. I have a beautifully shaped 7 ft. artificial tree that I just had to have, but I haven’t displayed it now in about four years. We do a lot of decorating outdoors and I do set stuff here and there, in the curio cabinet and the china cabinet. I still decorate my mantle with lighted garland and a lighted wreath, but the days of having a huge tree are gone I guess. It’s just not fun to do by yourself and besides that, we spend the majority of our time back here in the third bedroom/office where our precious computers are. The only time we would enjoy the big tree is on our way through the living room to grab a snack or drink from the kitchen.

OH! I do have a couple of small fiberoptic trees sitting on the hearth and a tiny lighted tree on an end table, do they count? :)

It is supposed to be cold, rainy and possibly snowing this weekend, maybe you will want to get your tree up then. Go get the grandkids, they will help you!
