Our very first EVER Charolais cross calf. The mama is a solid black Limousin Brangus cross. We were hoping to have some smoke colored calves and we weren’t disappointed! He looks a bit tan on my monitor, but he is actually gray.

[…] The Charolais and Black cow produced a smoky colored calf. This red Limousin cow and the Charolais bull produced a tan, almost yellow color.
